  • 01EligibilityOpen to all CSE students. Teams of up to 4 members.
  • 02BYODBring your own devices — laptops, chargers, everything. Install what you need before you arrive.
  • 03Original workProjects must be built during the hackathon. Pre-existing code is not allowed unless stated otherwise.
  • 04RegistrationComplete the form to secure your spot. Registration closes once the maximum number of participants is reached.
  • 05Code of conductKeep it respectful. Harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • 06MentorshipMentors are there to help, but the solution must be your team's own.
  • 07SubmissionSubmit by 30 August 2026, 3:00 AM — a brief description, a demo and your source code.
  • 08JudgingInnovation, functionality, user experience, impact and presentation. The judges' decision is final.

Can I register alone?

Yes. Book a Single and we'll place you in a team on the day.

Do I need hackathon experience?

No. First-years and freshers are welcome, and mentors are on the floor for all 36 hours.

How big can a team be?

Up to 4. Book a Double, Triple or Quad and the whole team is registered in one payment.

Who can take part?

All CSE students.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your own device: laptop, charger, and any hardware your project needs. Install your toolchain before you arrive — venue wifi is for building, not for downloading an IDE.

What happens after I pay?

Each participant gets their own confirmation, entry QR code and certificate by email.

When do you ask for my T-shirt size?

After you register — we email every participant a link for it.
